With an award winning sales management background, and 20 years experience in the packaging and fulfillment industry, Frank Martin founded Digital Replication Services in 1999. With a vision of superior performance in all aspects of customer service, he carefully brought together an experienced team to help him grow DRS into a high quality company. Bourne out of the needs of many of our customers, a full-service fulfillment company evolved, DRS Fulfillment & Packaging. We currently operate both divisions side-by-side, reducing operating expenses while maintaining our high degree of accuracy. With the addition of high performance production tools, DRS has steadily increased its capability and size. With a growing reputation for superior customer service, we have been able to add such clients as Paramount Studios, Fox Studios, and the National Football League Hall of Fame. |
Terri-Lynn Martin |
As an Account Manager, with over 30 years of sales and customer service experience, Terri-Lynn Martin's commitment to the highest quality of service, as well as her ability to effectively communicate and maintain a high level of personal attention with our clients, makes her a significant asset to the DRS team. Terri-Lynn combines her experience in Packaging, Assembly, Order Fulfillment and CD sales with a fresh perspective. Her strength is in eliminating unnecessary costs and delays, including providing our clients with creative input, time saving ideas and alternative solutions. |
Lynn Cappos Jury |
Lynn Jury adds to our sales team as an Account Manager. Lynn has worked for DRS since 2000, initially as the Accounting Manager. She was promoted to our sales department due to her knowledge of DRS' business and also her dedication to our client's needs. She is experienced in media replication and duplication, assembly, packaging and fulfillment sales. Customer service is her number one objective. She works hard to ensure our client's projects are done right. every time. |
Lynda McCorkle |
Lynda, our Accounting Manager, handles all of the accounts payable, accounts receivable, collection, payroll, banking and invoicing needs of DRS. She began working for DRS in August, 2008,. Lynda's well-rounded accounting experience in both the public and private sectors is a valuable asset in managing our financial records and implementing processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency. She can be counted on to give our clients fast and accurate answers to their accounting inquiries. |
Ede Franquez |
Ede Franquez makes an immediate and positive impact in our Data Entry department. She has added to our already outstanding customer service. She is a self-motivated individual who can work well with others. She is able to grasp and expand new ideas, tackle difficult projects, has great follow-through, and achieves objectives. Her technical knowledge and friendly attitude gives DRS an edge on the competition. |
Chris Palacios |
Chris Palacios, our Shipping Supervisor, first began working for DRS as a warehouse assistant in March of 2003. Over the years, he has gained much knowledge and experience in the industry. He has worked his way through the ranks and become a dependable, integral part of our DRS team. Chris supervises all aspects of shipping, receiving, packaging, logistics and more. |
Son Tran |
Son Tran, our Production Supervisor, has been working for DRS from its inception in 1999. Before that, he worked with Frank Martin in the industry and has many years of experience. Son supervises all aspects of our in-house duplication, assembly, mailing, fulfillment and production work. He is extremely conscientious and efficient in all tasks he is given and has an unparalleled ability to remember all of our clients' projects, both past and present. With a smile on his face, he greets each day with enthusiasm and a readiness to meet our customers' needs. |
